In Year Admissions 2024-25 Academic Year (1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025)

You can make an in-year application if your child needs to join a school outside of the normal admissions round - for example if you move house and your child can no longer attend their current school.

If you wish to apply for an in-year place at St Polycarp's, please contact the school in the first instance to see if we have place(s) in the year groups you require.

Those wishing to apply for an in-year place at St Polycarp's must complete a SMA in-year application form for each child you are applying for and return it to the school.

Faith applicants should also complete a Supplementary Form (SIF) and sent this to the school along with a copy of the child’s baptism certificate.

Guidance notes on in-year applications and our Admissions Policy is provided below. Please use the SMA form linked from Surrey's in-year admissions page to make your application. Paper copies of all application forms are available on request from the school office.
