Wraparound Care - The Hive
About Us
Our quality wraparound childcare – The Hive – offers clubs from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, term time only (except Inset / School Closure days).
On a daily basis, we offer opportunities for the children to play indoor and outdoor games, do crafts, perform role-play, read with an adult, provide a quiet space for homework to be completed and more. We also organise themed activities around special times of the year, such as Christmas, Easter and Patron Saint days.
Booking Process
If you would like your child to attend our clubs, before booking, please ensure you have read the Wraparound Care Policy, Terms and Conditions, completed the Registration Form for each child attending and returned it to the school office.
NB: the Registration Form only needs to be completed once, that is before the first session your child ever attends at the Hive. If there are any changes to your details in the future (e.g. change of Emergency Contact Details), please complete a new form and return it to the school office, so that we can update our records.
Once we have received your completed Registration Form, you can book your child’s place by visiting www.scopay.com website and logging in with your email address and password. You can find a guide for booking here.
Payment
Payments can be made using a debit or credit card, childcare vouchers or tax free childcare account.
If making a payment using a debit or credit card please ensure you have a positive balance on your SCOPAY account.
If paying using tax free childcare account or childcare vouchers, please email Hive@stpolycarps.surrey.sch.uk so we can amend your SCOPAY account. You will then be able to book sessions and pay the balance by logging onto your childcare voucher or tax free childcare account.

Cancellation
During term-time only, bookings can be cancelled, within the cancellation period (see table above), by the person who made the booking. If a booking has been made by a member of staff and needs to be cancelled, please email The Hive, not the school office, to request this.

If you have a query relating to The Hive please use The Hive email address in the first instance (which is monitored on a daily basis) and allow a reasonable amount of time for us to respond. Please do not email or telephone the school office regarding any related Hive issues, unless it is unavoidable.
